    Usually 2 to 4 weeks from payment and the agreed minimum documents. We agree terms, documents, costs and timeline with you, in writing.

    After a go, the issuer is set up for your deal, as a rule a compartment of StegX LU SARL. Then the product is tokenized and listed; investor rights follow the documentation, not the token.

01What is StegX?

StegX is the marketplace for real-asset capital raising. Sponsors and asset owners present real-asset deals to professional investors. Every new listing starts with a paid Phase I that sets terms, documents, costs and timeline and ends with a go, a not yet or a no-go. StegX provides the process and the marketplace; it does not guarantee capital, subscriptions or liquidity.

02Do you bring the investors?

Once listed, your deal is visible to registered professional investors on the marketplace, as agreed in Phase I, and we work with selected partners in distribution. We do not promise subscriptions: demand depends on your asset, your economics and your documents.

03Who issues the product?

As a rule, a compartment of StegX LU SARL, Luxembourg (RCS B301067), set up for your deal. StegX GmbH runs Phase I and the marketplace; the issuer for each deal is named in the proposal and the product documentation.

04Can private investors invest?

No. The marketplace is for professional investors who meet the eligibility rules of each product and complete onboarding. We do not offer retail crowdfunding.
