No. Phase I is a process step for the issuer. Your decision rests on the product documentation and your own assessment.
02Can I sell my position later?+
Transfer options, where available, depend on the product terms, platform rules and applicable regulation. We do not promise liquidity.
03Who holds the assets?+
Custody is provided by the custodian appointed for each product. StegX does not hold investor assets.
04What do I own when I hold a token?+
A token is a digital representation of an investment instrument. Your rights follow the product documentation of that deal.
