04 / What a listing means, and what it does not

A listing means a deal has been set up for subscription; new deals complete Phase I first.

It does not mean StegX has assessed the deal on behalf of investors, and it is not an approval by any authority.

05 / Tokenization in one sentence

A token is a digital representation of an investment instrument; investor rights follow the product documentation, not the token.

04 / FAQ

Straight answers.

01Who can see the listed deals?

The deal documents are visible to professional investors who have registered and completed onboarding. What is published and to whom is agreed with each sponsor in Phase I.

02Who is the issuer, and who holds the assets?

The issuer is named in the product documentation of each deal; as a rule it is a compartment of StegX LU SARL, Luxembourg. StegX GmbH, which runs the marketplace, is not the issuer, and custody is provided by the custodian appointed for each product.

03Can positions be sold later?

Transfer options, where available, depend on the product terms, platform rules and applicable regulation. We do not promise liquidity.

04What does StegX guarantee?

StegX provides a structured process and a marketplace on which issuers present projects to professional investors. StegX does not guarantee that capital will be raised, that subscriptions will be received or that any liquidity or secondary market will exist. Investor rights, risks, economics and transferability are set out only in the product documentation.
