05 / PRICING
05 / PRICING
EUR 12,500
Plus VAT · reference fee, confirmed in the proposal for your deal
Paid, fixed before work starts, set in the proposal. The reference fee covers M1 to M4. Third-party costs are passed through at cost, without a StegX mark-up. Phase II and marketplace fees follow in a separate proposal after a go.
06 / WHAT PHASE I IS
Built for your decision.
Phase I is a process step for the issuer, not a review on behalf of investors. It does not create an investment product, does not guarantee a listing, capital or subscriptions, and is not investment advice.
05 / FAQ
Straight answers.
01What do I receive at the end of Phase I?+
A written Project Framework with sponsor, asset, terms, documents, costs and timeline, and a go or a no-go with reasons. After a go you receive a separate proposal for Phase II.
02Does a go mean my deal will be funded?+
No. A go means the deal is ready to be set up and listed. Whether investors subscribe depends on the asset, the economics and the documents, and StegX does not guarantee it.
03What exactly do the four modules cover?+
M1 Sponsor: identity and ownership checks (KYB and KYC). M2 Asset and structure basis: asset data and the basis on which the structuring partner can build. M3 Listing outline: the outline of the listing; the full presentation material is the first step of Phase II. M4 Project Framework: terms, documents, costs and timeline, including the operating cost budget and the regulatory role of each provider. For Phase II, you also receive the provider packages: scope, costs and gates for each partner.
04Can existing work be reused?+
Yes. Audited accounts, an existing project company and a finished data room are reviewed and reused. Phase I does not repeat what is already in order.
05What happens after the raise?+
Investor updates and reporting run through the marketplace for the life of the product. What investors receive and when is fixed in the product documentation.
